Pale yellow with tints of green, opens with aromas of citrus and pineapple.
Pleasant in its bold attack, it offers a nice balance and soon reveals some minerality on the finish. Nice with fish an seafood.
Fruity nose of grapfruit and orange zest. In the mouth it is a supple wine, fat with a dry, mineral finish. A terroir wine from a very steep,
granite soil. It is a "vin de garde" (wine for ageing), which will mature well with the years and develop a multitude of flavours.
A gastronomic wine, recommended for special occasions.
